The Gymnasium

RWAF was instrumental in helping to secure funds for a new gym from the government of Quebec ($2.1 million), and the English Montreal School Board (EMSB) ($150,000). In addition, the Foundation successfully raised $300,000 to substantially improve the project. Thanks to our sponsors!

We are exceptionally proud of this project that involved the construction of an entirely new gymnasium for our school, and resulted in significantly more space and new equipment for our students to enjoy.  To view photos and testimonies of the new gymnasium, please click on the thumbnail.

Following completion of this project in Donate Now Through CanadaHelps.org! January 2008, an updated auditorium, or “Performing Arts Centre” was identified as RWAF’s next goal.
